Rituals for Your Next Becoming

Rituals for Your Next Becoming

ransformation rarely arrives as a single bright revelation.
More often, it forms through repeated choices so small
they are easy to dismiss: the boundary kept, the feeling named,
the old story questioned one more time.

“Becoming is less about adding more,
and more about remembering what is already true.”

Create a threshold ritual for the season you are entering.
Write what you are releasing on one page and what you are welcoming on another.
Read both aloud. Fold the second page somewhere you will encounter it unexpectedly.

Growth does not require you to reject who you have been.
Bless every version of you that carried you this far.
Then leave space for the person who is arriving
- slowly, honestly, in her own sacred timing.
